Electronic

Many machines depend heavily on printed circuit boards packed with small electronic components, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Our expert engineers can find faults at the component level. This could mean simply replacing a single component rather than the entire board or unit, saving you a significant amount of money.

In most cases, this process can be carried out on site; however, there might be instances where the printed circuit boards or units need to be taken back to our workshop for further work.

Where possible, we access PLC programs to try and identify issues with machinery that relate to software. These repairs can involve problems with sensors, encoders, inverters, DC drives and servo drives.

Our design department are able to re-engineer unreliable analogue systems and build trusted digital electronic control systems. We use readily available components to provide greater flexibility both now and in the future.
